Sadie Amara Calvano hails from America and is known as the actress who played Violet Plunkett, in CBS"sitting show Mom. Calvano was born in California she was initially attracted to in competitive gymnastics. She later decided to pursue a career in acting. In 2010 she first appeared on the screen in a scene from the CBS show 'NCIS.' The actress made her debut on the big screen a year after in the biographical drama "J Edgar". She is now one of the most exciting actresses in recent years. In 2011, she was nominated for a Young Artist Award in the category of Outstanding Performance for Young Actresses aged 11-15 for her work in NCIS. Her role as a special guest in Disney XD's comedy "Kickin' It' was nominated yet again for an award called a Young Artist Award. Calvano was an integral part of the cast of the show's first three seasons and made several appearances in the fourth season. Calvano's performance being a rising star in Mom earned her the Gracie Allen Award, which is awarded to female actresses.
